tc2YOUR TOUR is structured by Tony & Celeste Horpel of Pickleball Costa Rica, who create tours for picklers.  Tony is the USAPA Pickleball Ambassador for Costa Rica.  Their courts are located just outside of San Ramon in the province of Alajuela, nestled in the cool Central Highlands of the rural coffee and agricultural region. They created the 1st pickleball club in Costa Rica and it is their intent to spread the sport of pickleball throughout the country.

This is a very fun, personalized pickleball trip of 9 days, (8 nights), created for those wanting a pickleball vacation in Costa Rica enabling people to tour some of Costa Rica AND play pickleball. Tony and Celeste know!  They are pickleball addicts too.

PLAY, RELAX, AND TOUR COSTA RICA

You will spend 8 nights in the beauty and solitude of one of Costa Rica's secret gems, Punta Leona.  Stroll and swim a beautiful beach known almost solely to Costa Ricans.  You will play pickleball morning, (and evening if you wish).  This trip allows you to play, relax, do some tours we've chosen, take some of the many "optional" tours of your choice, and also provides many activities at your hotel.

Come join us.  You'll enjoy your new experience.  We love the beauty and diversity of this exotic country and we're certain you will love it too.

Your tour provides you with lots to see and do.  Bring your camera!

We will visit a total of 4 beaches: three are secluded & palm-lined, and one is less secluded, with lots of monkeys.  You will see the beautiful scarlet macaws which frequent the shorline trees at the hotel, and many other animals, depending on how early you rise in the morning.

YOUR HOTEL:  Hotel Punta Leona is one of the most important private reserves in the Pacific Zone of Costa Rica and plays an important role in biological conservation.  The reserve is one of the few remaining forests situated in the transitional zone between the Dry Forest of the Northwest and the Rain Forest of the Southwest.  The reserve consists of primary and secondary forest and is home to more than 330 species of birds, as well as to various animals, such as the white-faced Capuchin monkeys, raccoons, kinkajous, spider monkeys and iguanas.

Discover the reserve and its wildlife through its three easily accessible well marked trails or stop near one of the various feeding stations for hummingbirds, birds, or other animals.

Enjoy the experience of the extraordinary variety of things to do in the 750 acre beach resort surrounded by a lush green rain forest.

Do you have a partner who doesn't play pickleball?  Look what we have just at the hotel alone!
