A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required up to 90 days prior to the start of the tour to secure your booking.
You may choose to pay by
- online banking,
- check or physical check (see below for mailing instructions)
- or by credit card (PayPal). If you choose to pay the deposit by credit card, the 3% transaction fee (made by PayPal) will be deducted from your refund should we have to cancel the tour for any reason.
The deposit is refundable should you cancel within 14 days of making the deposit (the 3% PayPal charge still applies if you used a credit card).
The final payment balance is due 60 days prior to your tour start date. If you register for the tour 89 days or less before the tour start date, full payment must be made.
You may join our tours at any time, just make certain you contact us first to make certain there are rooms available and we are not past our tour capacity.
IF WE CANCEL THE TRIP: In the event that we must cancel the trip for any reason, the $500 deposit will be refunded less the 3% PayPal fee if you used a credit card.
PAYING YOUR FINAL BALANCE AT 60 DAYS: The final balance (60 days prior to your tour) may be paid by dropping down the "Tours" tab at the top of our website, and click, "Final Payments."
